Sometimes, I have to take my own photo….during the busy holiday rush, we quickly booked a time for my own family’s photo. Seen here is my husbands parent’s and siblings….a few images from the session and the final project. I do have to improvise once in awhile, and rather then using a self timer for this self included photo, I put together these two images. I set up the first image here, and then asked my sister in law to trade places with me and photograph the second one. I then used magic to put them together….the final project looks like we had another photographer take the image.

This is also a solution to the “no photographer” problem, I broke the family down into different branches, with the core family in the middle, and family additions to the left and to the right.

and this is how we get our own child to smile….sometimes!
