Your Own Story.

I often think of myself as a professional story teller, who just happens to use imagery rather then words. Recently I have been working with many families and children to tell their stories. Here are two families that have touched my heart recently.

The Akey’s-We went for a walk with Konner, Kaiden, Mom and Kirby one afternoon to capture the boys at play. This first image was especially important to their mom because it was a story close to her heart. Each time they go for a walk, the two boys and Kirby(dog) have a race on the last block home, here is their story.

The Wackers: Deeann asked me to create images for her husbands extended family, as a document of life. Her mother in law is suffering with cancer, and this story is the most precious of them all. As a photographer I remain professional in all photo sessions I have the opportunity to be involved in, but it’s quite moving when you’re given such a task as this, here are parts of the story.
