Lifelight 2008

This past Friday, Lucas and I took the day off to head to the annual lifelight festival. This christian music festival is held every year in Sioux Falls, SD on labor day weekend.  The five stage event, is completely free to all attendees, and this year hailed big names such as Michael W Smith, Casting Crowns, Natalie Grant, Switchfoot, Lincoln Brewster, Leeland, Family Force Five, and a couple of my personal favorites Sanctus Real and Mathew West. On Saturday night of the event it was rumored to have over 120,000 people in attendance, it was simply amazing!

I was able to hang out with Kandi and some of her roomies/friends for a few of the shows, and lugged (ok so my husband carried it) my camera into the crowd for some pictures of a few of the great shows. (and other randomthings I thought were cool) p.s lucas took the picture of me.

I would like to bring all of you next year! So keep next labor day open! It’s a awesome event, and a time to fellowship with strangers from the midwest.
