Sometimes you run into a couple of down to earth people you wish you had met sooner in your life, Enter Theresa and Carl, happily married this past month. From the moment I discovered the bride was wearing her mother’s wedding dress, I was smitten with this wedding. With each new little surprise I found myself literally jumping with glee….transformer cuff-links, the first daughter to walk down the aisle, an engraved ring, a groom waiting to see her bride at the alter, a father giving the sermon, a grandfather who gossiped to me all about his “glory days” as a photojournalist, I really…..didn’t want to the day to end. Ask the bride and groom, when I found them sneaking a bit of down time away from the guests, I rearranged their cuddle time and created a whole series of images in which this first one is a part of.  Here is a peak at what my Saturday away from my kids looks like…..
