I met Lucas while camping with my church youth group at Sonshine music festival in 2006. He was trying to set up a tent in the pitch dark with no flash light. A few moments earlier a wind/rain storm had blown through our site, leaving most of us campers soaking wet and cold. Luke was about to have the only dry tent on the lot, (pending he could set it up) I was surely jealous but lent him my flash light anyway.

And that’s where the love story began….This valentines day we are about to welcome our second born(first baby boy) into our family and celebrate our third wedding anniversary (in March), what a very full 5 years of togetherness it has been. Miss Olivia Love celebrated her 18 month milestone this past week and is becoming more independent by the second. She is surely the queen of the house and getting ready for her new playmate to arrive.

These two precious sweethearts have filled my life with more joy and love then I ever dreamed possible. Thank you for your unconditional love. Happy Valentines Day to you and your sweethearts.

Baby Boy Update: Today I will be having an ultra sound to determine baby boy’s current weight.  He last measured 4lbs and 11 oz, approx 2lbs under the target weigh, so we are praying for a weigh gain.
