Copyright:
All images created by Inspired Portrait Photography are protected under federal copyright laws. It is unlawful to reproduce images (including scanning, copying and downloading) without our written permission. Under the 1976 Act, a copyright’s life is extended to the life of the artist plus fifty years. Please respect our photographer’s artistic talent and copyright.

If you have more questions about how you can own a small res jpg image from a previous session, call us! I would be happy to talk to you about our policies about temporarily releasing an image to use on your resume, or online social networks. It is against the law to scan any image produced by a professional photographer, including those you have purchased. Buying the photo does not by the copyright to that photo.
