Saturday, October 25th, 2008Your Family ~ Your Story
Last Saturday, I enjoyed the company of three families out at seven mile creek. They all have different stories and different backgrounds, yet they are connected by the desire to document their lives through photography.
Natalie and Family:
Was introduced to me through Kendall, she is now her current co-worker, Natalie brought her significant other, his child, and their two dogs.
Kendall and Family:
Kendall, her husband, and T-bone braved the chilling october air, bright and early Saturday morning. Here is a peek at her session. I’m shocked you can’t see our breath in the air, it was that cold.
Heather and Family:
I met Heather years ago when she brought Chevy, then April (the 2 dogs) in for portraits. Heather called me last week to let me know that April was sick and they weren’t sure how much longer she’d be with us, so portraits of April right now were a must. April is the lighter colored retriever, and Chevy the darker and older of the two dogs. You are in our thoughts, and we wish you only the best for you.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Sunday, October 12th, 2008Family Love
One week ago, I had the pleasure of having lunch with my brother and his two precious kids, Derrick and Trevor in Belle Plaine. After lunch we grabbed my camera and Sasha, their one of a kind dog(although she acts more human than dog at times) and headed out to their fort in the back yard. My nephews were much more excited to show me all the fancy workings of the treehouse then they were photos, but here are few I’d love to share. Hands down relatives are the hardest for me to photograph, simply because I’d rather play with them then work, and they would rather entertain then sit still….so here you go!
