The last photo this family had taken together was….well a too long ago. After much encouragement on my part I was able to wrangle them into the studio last week. We had some great conversation. Mom has recently been to Haiti so we chatting some about that, and well as a family trip taking place this summer. You may recognize this family from Hosanna Lutheran church.
New to Inspired Portrait is the precious Duo. They discovered us while attending a benefit in Lake Crystal, MN. Mom bid on our silent auction item which included a session and a gift print. Here’s a peak from the mommy and me session.
Congratulations are in Order for Katie and Will whom tied the knot two weeks ago. We had high hopes of photographing the wedding party at a park, but a steady rain prevented that from happening. Instead we used an area protected from the rain on the outside of the church.
I met this amazing couple a couple years ago while photographing the bride’s brothers wedding, and was thrilled when they were ready to say. their “I Do’s”. Here are a few images from the day.

This little brother has been photogenic since I took his newborn photos. He is completely Mr. Happy. His big brother was a big help and reminded little brother how good of a job he was doing smiling and sitting still. This is a sample of a ten month old and big brother who is almost 3 years old. They have been to the studio many times, and with each visit we capture their characters.
This image of baby with the tie will be a promotion that is in the works, called Ties and Tu-tu’s something we will let you know all about when it nears, this little man graiously volunteered to model for me.
