Last week I was fortunate to meet Lauren and her new son Jack. Jack came into the world three months ago and was ready for his first professional photoshoot. Jack was a great sport through a few clothing changes and even fell asleep for us at the end of the session. Her is a peak at what we created.

A Love Story: Published
Another issue of the NEW Midwest Caregiver magazine will be on new stands shortly. Be sure to get your copy, I know you can order them online, or pick them up at Hy-vee Hilltop. The cover story features a remarkable mother who has gone above and beyond to bring love and support to a young child. She has adopted Ben, who lives with fetal alcohol syndrome, and cares for his every need. I was fortune to spend time with them both in their home and in my studio, each time I couldn’t stop smiling. The bond between them melted my heart. So in honor of the special heart shaped holiday I wanted you to meet Kari and Ben, one of my favorite love stories .

Inspired to Create Our Logo
After months of design, redesign, computer time and critique from friends, I’ve arrived at what will be the face of Inspired Portrait Photography for it’s existence. I’ve printed it here the two main ways it will be shown.
Bold and on black, a common way to run an add logo.
My current brochures etc maintain a earthy feel, and these color harmonies.
